MINIMUM ORDER
Please note our Minimum order is £250 for goods ex VAT and delivery.

PACKAGING

All our items automatically come with a complimentary gorgeous branded velvet bags and care card.

 

 

Velvet Bags are available to purchase for £045 ex vat and our luxury Gift Boxes for £2.00 ex vat.

DELIVERY
Delivery can be made to UK and European addresses. Please note Boho Betty does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request. We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of receiving it, providing your order is in stock. Please allow extra time for busy periods. If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact us.

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Standard postage and packaging charges are based on the value of your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your order. .Should you change your mind about your purchase, you can send it back to us within 7 days (14 days for international) and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs). You must notify us that you wish to return an item before sending it back – email us at info@boho-betty.com. We will not accept returns that have been merchandised, priced, soiled or worn garments. Please also note that items must be returned with all tags intact and in their original packaging.

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded within 7 days of  receiving your purchase back. You will have to pay for the return postage but if your item is faulty we will refund all postage costs. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).
